Our server Helen was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She was great! However, when I first arrived, I waited more than seven minutes at the entrance before I entered the dining room to look for the hostess. There were other staff members working behind and around the bar but no one made eye contact or even welcomed my guest and me. Luckily, the absolute beautifully presented and delicious food, and Helen made it an enjoyable experience despite the disappointing first impression. Not a good experience, wait forever to be seated, wait even longer for out food. Food was cold, taste was just ok, overpriced, staff were not so nice, quite cold, specially the valet who’s super rude.
