We don’t know the area well but stumbled onto Milo’s. To our surprise, we found a breakfast place that we will visit again. This is probably the best breakfast I have ever had. My wife and I split the special Chirizo Benedict and a half order of green chile biscuits and gravy. The chorizo was perfectly seasoned (unlike a majority of other places). The chorizo benedict was a perfect combination of flavor. The breakfast potatoes were crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside. The biscuits were slighty crunchy on the outside and perfect on the inside. Overall, the food was a perfect blend of flavor and texture. Everything tasted fresh and portions were great. We stopped into Milo’s cafe while visiting Prescott and had such a great experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. Jill was incredibly personable, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, and the green hatch gravy was truly one of a kind. You can tell this place puts care into both the food and the customer experience. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
