We love this place! All of the pizzas are delicious with fresh ingredients and a wide variety to choose from. The Caesar salad (and dressing) is very, very good with generous Parmesan and the greens are always fresh and crisp. Tonight we had “to go” and it was just as good. Shout out to Aaron and the kitchen for great service. Milton is fortunate to have several great dining spots and this is one of them. My wife and I thought we would like pizza for diner, so we headed into town to the Milton Dough Bar. We were seated and ordered our drinks, unfortunately there was a problem with their soda machine and no beer on tap. We ordered the veggie pizza, we asked for it to be well done. The pizza came out in a reasonable amount of time and was very hot, we waited a few minutes for the pie to cool. The pizza was very soggy, there were too many very wet vegetables on the pie. The bottom crust was too thin and could not support the wet vegetables. We ate half the pie and took the other half home and let it dry out in the fridge. The next day we heated it up in our convection oven and it was still wet. We also found the pizza to be overly salty. To make a long story short do not get a veggie pizza at the Dough Bar and before you take a seat ask them if their drink machines are working. To end on a positive note the service was good, our waitress was very attentive. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
