If you happen to be near Shijo Bridge, you can visit this restaurant. Japanese cuisine is what Mimasuya boasts. Do not go away without enjoying nicely cooked sashimi, fried octopus and kama. Taste good tiramisu. Tasting the delicious wine is a decent idea.

This restaurant is remarkable for its professional service. You will like fair prices. The atmosphere is charming, as visitors find it. Excellent restaurant! Impeccable service. So attentive and kind! Food was truly amazing and the views are gorgeous, especially at night. Highly recommend the assortment of meat, tempura prawn and miso aubergine with sea breem! Price per person: ¥5,000–6,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Few but delicious

Surprised by the other reviews! We had a lovey meal, ordered like 10 dishes and they were all delicious, for very fair prices. Beef, chicken, salmon, shrimp; the chicken was the least special, but still okay. Beef and salmon were delicious. I think they could work on the ambiance of the terrace/downstairs area, it was a bit messy. But felt authentic and unpretentious. Pictured: garlic shrimp with mushroom and a mocktail! Fyi, you have to pay a surcharge of 500 to sit on the terrace, but many places charge double. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Very disappointing. The location is great, the atmospherics in the restaurant were ok, but the service was appalling. A young lady who was serving us was clearly in a rush to get us out and her tasks completed as soon as possible. She was literally throwing the plates on the table as it was being laid. Hardly conducive to a relaxed visit. We will not be going back. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
