Silver Diner coming to Frederick County, replacing Mimi's Cafe which has been razed. Mimi's Cafe will be forgotten, bad service, bad food and over priced. Skip this chain restaurant not worth wasting your money and harming your taste buds. Just ate at the new Silver Dinner and was so pleased.
