It is set in the Wallace Ave precinct and is the only place of its kind in the area. A cafe that offers reasonable priced meals and snacks.
I went there on a week day and although not bustling with people it seemed to have a steady flow of regular customers in and out. The staff or server was rather friendly and welcoming.
My wife went for the chicken salad which she reported was good quality. I on the other hand went for the chicken schnitzel and chips, which sadly was not the best quality bringing about a dry and crumby schnitzel, but for $10, I accepted that.
I did have a entree of Chicken Skewers which were very tasty. I would certainly go back for them.
My main dissapointment was not reading the menu fully before I ordered and not ordering a Cajan burger or southern burger what ever that may be - but if its from the south it has to be good right?
Seating is good, offering ten or so tables for four people with a side seat and table facing the west wall.
Overall, I would like to see this place remain and will venture back there in quest to try out the burgers above or if that fails maybe they do some chicken strips and chips.
For two adults and toddler, price came in around $30 with two bottled waters and a coke.
