This steakhouse is a right choice if you are in the mood for the Japanese cuisine. Perfectly cooked prawns, salmon and sushi can be what you need. Mimis Steakhouse of Japan is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Most people find that the dishes have attractive prices. The lovely atmosphere meets you at this place. But this spot hasn't received a high rating on the Trip site.

The food is good service not so much.. a few times we've went and waited in the waiting room for someone to acknowledge us. As employees walk by and not say a word not well be with you shortly nothing upwards to 15 minutes and nothing.. twice we have walked out as the last being my last time.. I work to hard to give my money to someone none appreciative and lousy service.

Came by yesterday, hate to see you are closed. We are going to miss you! We went to Kanpai today, can't believe it's been in business as long as it has, not near as good. The 2 guys that use to wait on us really hussled to make sure we were happy!

Mimi's Steak House in Simpsonville is simply awesome! They have really upped their service and menu selections since the spring of 2018. Every time I have gone, the food has been exceptional. Food is always hot and they give you a lot. There is usually enough for 2 meals or more. Lunch is a really good time to go as they have great lunch specials. You can get chicken, shrimp or steak for $7 or $8 depending on what you choose and that includes a soup or salad as well as rice and vegetables. Trust me, you cant beat the Hibachi Chicken at lunch for $7 and still have enough for a 2nd meal. I believe you will be quite pleased if you give this place a try. I will definitely be back.
