Really bad service. It's all through your phone. Took us 15 min to order. One beer. They charged us twice. Then took 30 min to go through entering the information to try to get a refund we didn't get. The waiter wouldn't even give us the time of day not help in any way. Sad that they are trying to replace people and customer service is non existent.

Sitting at a gate adjacent to Mimosa's. I feel like I'm in a high school gym at lunchtime. The employees are clumping, talking very loudly, and don't seem to be doing any work as customers stand at entrance. Meanwhile, the manager and chef are sitting about 5 yards away from me, in the gate area, and are in a heated discussion about something. For a place that's supposed to be a French Bistro, it is exactly the opposite: it's a quintessential loud American McDonald's Playplace. Atmosphere: 1
