Mimyo is such a gem!! The food is so delicious. They pair bingsu with delicious tea for an affordable price. But the experience is so luxurious! The interior design is amazing, which allows for a great atmosphere. The bingsu is seasonal, meaning that they change it depending on the ingredients available each season. When I went in October I was served an amazing pear elderflower bingsu with Chardonnay jelly and grana padano cheese on top. They paired it una set with a Taiwanese hot tea. So delicious, it felt like a fine dining dessert experience but for an affordable price! I will come back for sure to taste their next seasonal bingsu. 단일 메뉴의 빙수만 있지만 제철에 딱 맞는 빙수여서 시즌마다 가는 재미도 있을 것 같고 최근의 참외빙수는 보그 드문 빙수이지만 생각 이상으로 맛있고 먹으면 먹을 수록 참외의 맛이 잔잔하게 올라오는 느낌도 좋고 참외의 모양새가 갖춰지는 재미도 느낄 수 있어서 좋습니다.
