Breakfast brunch... selection of sausage and cheese was moderate... salami, salami, salami and cooked ham Jam not labeled (allergy sufferers?) Nutella has to be taken out of the glass with a spoon; there are no small bowls where you can take jam, Nutella and cream cheese. Everything ends up on his plate. Cream cheese bland.... Couldn't you put a bowl of herbs with it or various herb pots... Waffles hard Muesli already prepared, so already softened by yoghurt The buffet was set up at the bar, which was a bit awkward because there were bar stools in front of it. I would like to briefly mention a few things: We always offer small bowls with Nutella and the like - the service team certainly forgot to set them up this morning. You would definitely have gotten a bowl if you asked. The sausage platter always includes, alongside various types of salami; Cooked ham, Parma ham and turkey sausage are offered. Did you perhaps miss these? I consider €19.90/person to be more than reasonable for the large selection of delicacies that we offer our customers. At brunch you can help yourself as often as you want. Ultimately, everyone gets their money’s worth here. What do you think would be a reasonable price for this? We always serve freshly prepared omelettes, scrambled eggs or fried eggs with brunch. Even salmon is always offered fresh, so nothing is left out unnecessarily and could potentially lose quality. Overall, the brunch was well received by our guests. I always value open communication with our guests. Our service staff are trained to know all allergens and ingredients and to inform them if there are any questions. Even vegans and vegetarians will be treated to a corresponding offer as soon as they are communicated! You are welcome to let us convince you of our high quality standards on your next visit.
