I didn't have a good experience. The mixed vegetable salad was sour, I ordered steak and it was plain. The manager had a very closed face when we talked about the problem with the salad. Only the waiter got a 10. Otherwise, considering the food and the manager's treatment, I don't recommend it.

Today, when ordering lunch via iFood from Minas Grill at Shopping Cidade, my experience was marked by several setbacks. I ordered a chicken stroganoff, but the wait for my order took hours. When it finally arrived, the packaging was not suitable, resulting in the broth leaking and the food being overturned. Furthermore, the soda, due to the delay, arrived hot, which further compromised the experience. When mentioning the problem to the delivery man, he informed that he noticed the situation when picking up the order and asked Minas Grill to exchange it, especially considering the inadequate packaging. However, the response was just to change the bag, a clear disregard for the customer. This experience, unfortunately, left something to be desired in terms of delivery time, packaging quality and response to complaints, negatively impacting customer satisfaction.
