My boyfriend, a local, recommended Minato Japanese & Korean Restaurant as the best sushi spot in the area, and I can confidently say he was right! This cozy, hidden gem offers a wide variety of fresh sushi, as well as Japanese and Korean cuisine. The service was excellent—fast, friendly, and welcoming. We were greeted upon arrival and thanked as we left, which added a nice personal touch. Despite the restaurant being small, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We ordered a Vegas Roll, Laughlin Roll, shrimp tempura, octopus and salmon nigiri, green baked mussels, and white peach sake, and everything was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. If you’re in Laughlin and looking for quality sushi or Korean food, this place is a must-visit. Great food, friendly service, and a hidden gem worth discovering!
