My children... for my birthday they give me a mini cooking class in this place! It was so beautiful!..And decisive!..They explain very well...theory with historical notes and practice with little tricks and secrets!.. 3 hours in total but...I already feel like a Chef!!....Must try!...What an experience!!!

Mind food for the mind and I add for the soul and the heart. I took part in a French wine tasting course, it wasn't the first but this time the whole team outdid themselves: professionalism, seriousness and competence in the management of the course, in the choice of wines and paired dishes. Well done winemaker and cheese producer. They took us two hours to France. Merci beaucoup and see you next time
