For some people who have a good sense of taste, this snack is addictive. Mindo SeblaKu has the main dish seblak, a mixture of wet crackers, noodles and other additional non-veggie toppings such as sausages, meatballs and the like with *real* spice sauce (not instant packets) which makes it suitable as a meal during the rainy season. There are other menus sold by Mindo SeblaKu, such as Baso Aci, Cilok, Otak-otak, Ceker, Cireng and even dessert/dessert fruit salad. Mindo SeblaKu is open in the afternoon, around 17.00 WIB (or before sunset) until 22.00 (or finished). Mindo SeblaKu is also available in several online motorcycle taxi application services. Until now, Mindo SeblaKu has expanded into selling dried seblak, so that consumers can enjoy it whenever and wherever they want. Of course, the dry seblak product can last longer.
