I was really in the mood for some real unadulterated Chinese food and a friend said it doesn't get any more authentic than this place. So off we headed to get our noodle and steamed bun action on. The pork buns were delightful and the sweet and sour pork I had was equally yummy.

This place is not bad at all. I'm from the general Gauteng area, i.e. my dining experience is concentrated to the Pretoria to JHB stretch. For a Chinese restaurant this is pretty decent, given that I'm spoilt for choices at the likes of Cyrildene and the like. But this place offers decent dim sum offerings at a good price and the restaurant is clean :) which is a very nice plus for Chinese restaurants. The dumplings are quite nice, like the boa and the pork steamed stew dish was also very good. The bathrooms are clean.

Brilliant original Chinese dishes and great staff! Was so pleased as our waitress helped make suggestions and took the time to chat and explain. Lovely atmosphere. Thank you!! Lovely day!
