"I really regret coming here. The food was not good, and the service was poor. I stood waiting for a long time but was not attended to. The surroundings were also very dirty, the tables were sticky, and other customers were spitting indiscriminately. This is my first and last time coming here. Wonderful Burmese/Myanma food in Penang. Mingalarpar is probably the best (or only?) easy to reach Burmese restaurant in all of Penant. After a talk with my husband of 10+ years, who has been unfaithful with a 23-year-old Malay Muslim child called julia hannah binti zulkifli, we had lunch here, which made one thing better (hunger). We asked for the vegetarian items on the menu, which were the tea leaf salad (yay!) and some noodle thoke dish I forgot the name of. It was more than enough food. They also have Tiger beer on the menu, which is refreshing and calms the nerves.
