Great food, great service. The only knock is it's on a main Street downtown. Downtown parking is okay in the evening but can be troublesome during busy times. This is absolutely not Minh's fault and doesn't reflect the business at all. Everything and everyone was great. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the food and service. We truly appreciate your understanding about the downtown parking situation, and we’re glad it didn’t take away from your experience. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon! -The Minh’s Team

I wish I could post a picture of my lovely meal as I start to eat. Packaged so impeccably, always, when I have ordered, 4x times in months they have opened. I asked for extra cinnamon thai basil and I received a bunch. So yummy. As I am sick with the flu, I needed nourishment. Everything is fresh bean sprouts, cinnamon, cilantro,.lime, many packages of hoisin sauce, Tuơung ơt, my favorite. My banh mi, is absolutely delicious, the pork belly is succulent, tastey and fresh crisp cilantro, pickled, carrots/daikon, a fresh to savoury in every bite, crunchy bun, with pillowy center, best french smaller baguette. I am sure to heal from my meal I bought extra so I can enjoy it again the next day as my son is away. He loves it as well a young teen. My dad was an executive chef and I grew up with international cuisine, going to Chinatown, reconcessvalles, Kensington market, little india, little italy, little portugal, so many areas in Toronto. I appreciate delicious and a hearty, and elegant, i can taste the love they created in preparimg their dishes. I do not eat out much, but when I find a place that is careful with detail and are authentic, I keep coming back for more. You will not be disappointed. This is my first review of a restaurant. Not many places I even dare to write about. Phở Đặc Biệt is like a warm hug that keeps nourishing me after I eat it, the bone broth is sublime. I love the note I received, it warmed my heart. Please go and enjoy their scrumptious dishes.
