Brilliant time in mini madams with my daughter and best friend. We booked BFF SPA DAY Jess was our host she was brilliant with them! They had so much fun!! So thank you for giving them the best experience we will be back soon for more fun

Picked my daughter up from a party there and they'd completely caked her hair in sticky glitter (which is extremely dangerous for parrots and we have a pet parrot), without checking if this was okay. It was an absolute nightmare to get out! Had to brush as much out as possible outside and ended up binning the brush I used. 2 shampoos and a condition later, it's still in there. Definitely will not be returning.
