The best momos! Period. They're made fresh when you order - not frozen like some places. The family that owns and runs the restaurant is VERY friendly. They also speak English very well. In addition to wonderful lunches (I ate here every day I was in town), I got advice for hikes and information about Nepali culture and some local history. Even if you're staying in the lower part of town near the bus stand, it's worth the walk up here. Even better, stay two doors from Mini Nanglo at City View Home Stay - it's a perfectly paired set of locations! The restaurant has room for about a dozen people. I never had to wait for a table (a bit surprisingly, given how good it is). It's a small, family-run place. Truly welcoming and a great place to have your meal(s). Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 1–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: They have veg momos and chicken momos. And sometimes they have drumsticks (also delicious). You can mix veg and non-veg if you want.
