I stopped at Mini Big Food Truck in Río Grande after a day at the beach and it was exactly what I needed. The burger was delicious—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they put care into the food. The mac and cheese was also excellent, super creamy and full of flavor. They also had ice-cold beers, which made it even better after being in the sun all day. If you’re leaving the beach and looking for a great bite, Mini Big is definitely worth the stop. Great stop for a quick and tasty grab to eat. We bought the Pastelon Fries, MB Burger and Mac&Cheese with skirt steak to go. Conveniently located food wagon/truck with open area seating and comfortable parking. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
