I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Mints Hut. The level of service was far below what should be expected from a hospitality establishment. The staff was largely unresponsive, inattentive, and showed little interest in assisting customers or addressing concerns. To make matters worse, the wait time for food was unreasonably long, with no communication or apology regarding the delay. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic service. The overall lack of professionalism and efficiency created a frustrating dining experience that overshadowed the meal itself. A restaurant's reputation depends not only on its food but also on the quality of its service, and unfortunately Mints Hut failed on that front during my visit. Significant improvements in staff training, customer service, and operational management are needed before I would consider returning or recommending this place to others. I recently had dinner at Mint's Hut, and it was truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Pokhara. The ambience is absolutely amazing, especially with the beautiful lakeside view that creates a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the evening. Coming to the food, it completely met my expectations. Every dish was delicious and well-prepared, making it one of the best dinners I’ve had in Pokhara. Price per person: Rs 1,000–1,500 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
