I think the pictures speak for themselves, but if you like salmon sashimi, tomato flavour and cold noodles like me, this is perfect. I don’t rlly like soy sauce since it’s a bit too salty, but here the tomatoey cuts perfectly through to give it a subtly tanginess and it’s not too salty. Such high quality ingredients for such a reasonable price, I’ve never seen so much salmon on a plate at once let alone for only abt like £11. I visited with my friend who came to see me from America. The staff was welcoming and friendly they helped us look at the menu and gave us instructions on how to order. Mibbedong’s Tomato Salmon Noodle (토마토 연어국수) is a unique dish where long, fresh salmon sashimi takes the place of real noodles.
