The worst customer service the Spanish women horrible I felt the negative vibes being a black woman spending my hard earned money on an establishment being a first time customer supporting trying different foods from different cultures. Not to mentioned I came in with my Puerto Rican man the stares, they ignored us, until the pleasant man at the register had to tell them to attend to us. Never again will be support Mirador Restaurant, honestly the chicken rice beans definitely wasn’t hitting, no love at all. We always go to Dominican restaurants average at best, 0 out of 1-10 rating, food & service!!! Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The 2 females there right now at 9.48 am on may 1st 2026 need customer service training. If I come in to your establishment your first job is to acknowledge the customer which they don't do. This has happened so many times you will be standing there while they are either on their personal phone or having personal conversations with each other like right now. My husband didn't even want to go there but I thought let's just go get some food and for what to just be ignored. it's rude. And they take their sweet time to even attend to you. To the Owner please check this because you've lost us and many others as customers because of their attitudes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve ordered from this restaurant many times, but they rarely get my order right. Last time, the chicken was over-fried, clearly reheated. Yesterday, I ordered breakfast (tres golpes) with longaniza, extra onions, and well-done eggs—again, it was wrong. This happens so often that it feels disrespectful to loyal customers. Later that evening, I placed another order, paid with my card, and asked for a little gravy on the side. After I’d already paid, the lady said I’d have to pay more, or she’d have to cover it out of her own pocket since they’re just workers. She wouldn’t let me explain and talked over me. The customer service is terrible, and I’m done giving them my business. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
