I went on 10/3/24, I got there with half an hour left to check in at the reception and no one was there, we spent hours waiting for someone to show up and when they decided they showed up and said what. People arrived before time, we could put our things behind the counter and it disappeared again so I left it and went up to have lunch when I got down my things were not there but where I left them they were thrown in the corner where anyone passing by could take them away, another negative point. They charge 10.00 for the hygiene kit if we use it, I personally have never seen this charge if we use a kit that comes with a paste, brush, soap, I've always traveled and these things are within the range but we paid as it was, my husband and I paid 20.00 now let's go to points positive. Beautiful view, great coffee, when we stayed we stayed in the VIP area, very good because it was crowded, polite and quick waiters, polite security, apart from the negative point, I loved the place and would go back again.
