They are not very accommodating even to my 2-yr old child who wanted her camote snack. She ended up drinking water until the food was served because they want us to choose from their menu which lacks fresh healthy produce not to mention the bland and tasteless dishes they serve. Tsk!
The waitress misinformed us that the entrance fee is consumable just as we ordered our food. Of course we ended up getting more than what is necessary to match the total entrance fee we have to pay. It turned out food is on top of the entrance fee. Entrance fee can be used for pool or food. They loosely used the word CONSUMABLE and didn't even care to explain what entrance fee is for despite the fact that we have informed the management ahead that one of us is not using the pool.
Then this ridiculous sign by the outdoor shower "Do not use shampoo or soap or you'll be fined P20.". My first thought was using shampoo and soap was discouraged coz the water might spill towards the pool. I was thinking there was an indoor shower. But NO! So are they discouraging their guests to be hygienic and smell clean or are they just making money out of every single move?!
Talking about customer service, warm accommodation and hospitality, you've got a loooooong way to go Miravilla. Seems like value for money at first glance, but no, it's a WASTE of money.
Guests, you have better choices around the area I believe.
