On a sunny Kasuga day, today's lunch was okonomiyaki. At the edge of the residential area, cross the exclusive bridge and park in front of the store! Inside the store, there are counter seats around the iron plate and raised seats next to the entrance, and it seems that about 20 people can be accommodated when all seats are filled. Since I am alone, I will take a seat at the counter. The order is soba modern (850 yen), and the proprietress will make it skillfully. The meriken ring is large, a large amount of chopped cabbage, and the egg (grilled) and soba are separately combined at the end of frying. It takes about 10 minutes to wait and it is completed. The cabbage has a strong sweetness, and the sauce has a rich sweet and salty flavor. Overall, the volume is perfect, and I think there are 1.5 times more than other stores. The perfection and well-balanced okonomiyaki, the hospitality of the landlady was wonderful, and it was a satisfying okonomiyaki lunch. Next time, let's have the famous Miro-yaki (*^^*)
