In accordance with the guests' opinions, coffee is good. This restaurant is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' point of view, prices are attractive. Misk Lounge is famous for its calm atmosphere. But google users rated this place and it didn't receive a high rating.

The experience was quite disappointing overall. The waiter seemed more focused on socialising with other guests and smoking shisha rather than doing his job. He forgot about our drinks completely and didn’t even apologise. We also ordered different meals, but were both served the same spicy dish. This was especially frustrating as my girlfriend specifically chose something non-spicy. There was no effort to fix the mistake. Additionally, I was charged for fries without being asked, as I only ordered a burger and assumed it was included. The fries were also cold. Food quality was average, the chicken in the burger was tasty, but the portion was quite small. Overall, poor service and lack of attention to customers. Definitely needs improvement. The misk burger was amazing! Ordered a loaded beef fries with cheese to go with it. The portion size was big and filling. All types of sauces come with it for free and the workers especially Mo done everything he could to help us pick the right meal. Will definitely visit regularly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
