Best chilaquiles in town by far . Hard to find well done authentic chilaquiles here but this place nails it . The other products are great also stuff like pambazo and cafe de olla stuff u just don't get out here often. Ignore the bad reviews those people don't have taste buds. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $20–30

I consider myself very lucky to find a place that sells Pambazos. It took about 27 years to find a little piece of my beautiful Mexico City. Here, in the gorgeous city of Riverside. The authenticity is right on the money. A Pambazo is similar to a torta, but the flavor in a perfect synchronization is just delicious. Also, try their Asada Green Chilaquiles. They are very, very tasty. Highly recommend Miss Chilaquiles food truck . No regrets just a full stomach with delicious food from Mexico's cultural origins . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
