Ordered 3x meals. After 30min of waiting time I did asked waitress if everything is ok with our meal. She said because is so busy your order would be delivered late. When we arrived there wasn't even half full. On the meantime I could see another customers serve before us some of them even came after us. After 45min We received our meals, my stake was hard as rubber. I have make complaints. When menager came to see me offered another meals, however I didn't want to wait so long again I asked for refund. Menager denied and said that this is my only option. I said thank you and left. I was frustrated and hungry after all.
As a Cairns resident for 15 years I would definitely not recommend this place to Anyone
