Purchased an expensive high quality coffee machine from the Mister Coffee website, which included 2 grinders at a discounted price. While the initial delivery and setup of the machine was good. The aftercare service has been terrible. We had a grinder blow up within the first month of our shop opening, was told to return it via their recommended courier. When they received it, they found the grinder had been damaged in transit and we were told would not be given a replacement, instead they would fix it and send it back. It has now been 2 months and we still haven’t received the grinder back, or have any idea when it will come back, despite consistently following up. Leaving our coffee shop with only one grinder and therefore only able to sell one type of coffee. So while I cannot fault that they have a good selection of high quality coffee machines, I cannot recommend due to the poor aftercare customer service. Particularly having spent close to 200,000 baht. Service: 1
