Would rate this establishment a 0 if I could. We came for an advertised album listening event. Arrived a bit after 10p and was seated. We waited about 40 minutes before finally flagging down a waitress to get service. We ordered an appetizer, a churro dessert and 2 cocktails. I set a stopwatch just to see how long it would take to receive our order. An hour passed with no food or drinks so my other party went to the bar and tried to notify the bartender (who was backed up, but attending to walk up orders at the bar instead of fulfilling the table ordered drinks). Apparently they had ran out of drink mixers and were only able to make shots. It would have been fine if we had been given this information. We also spoke to the owner who had claimed the bar was supposed to close at 11 (we also were not made aware of this), as the album we came to listen to didn't release until midnight. The DJ hired for the event was unaware that midnight had passed and didn't play the album. Her DJ set prior to was also not good. We finally received the calamari and churros and I immediately sent the churros back. Our server was very apologetic throughout the night, however the owner lacked accountability for all the mistakes that occurred throughout the night. The decor inside is nice but I will not be returning or recommending this establishment to anyone. Update its 1249am and the DJ is finally playing the album.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We do want to clarify that the album itself was officially released at 12:00 AM, which is why it was not played prior to that time. We were also experiencing POS system issues that evening, which unfortunately caused delays in order flow and service timing. We would also like to clarify that we are not certain which owner you may have spoken with. While those factors provide context, we understand that they do not change the experience you had as a guest. Came for a networking event. Food and atmosphere were lovely. Mia was amazing with prompt and friendly service. Would definitely come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $60–70

I had the pleasure of visiting Mistora for content creation, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. My drink was incredible and so beautifully curated by their lovely bartender, Nikki. My server, Vona, was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. I truly had a great time and shared so many laughs with my friend during the visit. I also loved that they offer private rooms with a grown and sexy atmosphere. Aside from the service, the food was exceptionally GREAT! The kale dip, brussel sprouts, chilean sea bass is TOP TIER. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back — hopefully for a date next time.
