Restaurante Mistura Itapuã is a seafood establishment located in Salvador, Bahia. The ambiance is great, with a lovely atmosphere and attentive service. The interior design is tasteful, surrounded by tropical plants and coconut palms, giving it a romantic feel. The prices are what you'd expect for a fine dining spot, but the quality of the food is worth it.
The menu offers a diverse selection of local cuisine, including fresh seafood and exotic combinations of sea food and risottos. The ceviche and lagosta calda are highly recommended starters, while the moqueca and handmade squid ink pasta with crawfish and shrimp are top-notch main dishes. For dessert, try the tiramisu or chocolate cake with cinnamon ice cream.
The bar serves a great selection of wines, including Pinot Noir, as well as creative cocktails like the Kiwi cocktail. Soft drinks and water are available, but watch out for the upcharge. The salad bar by weight is also a great option for appetizers.

The service can be hit or miss, but overall, Restaurante Mistura Itapuã is a must-visit for seafood lovers looking for a high-end dining experience in Salvador.
The experience overall was very good. As we were with a large group, the service left a little to be desired, but the food was delicious. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Everything ok but super rude security I got in and stopped in front of the car asking to lower the lights since it was low he treated me like I was a criminal, I told him the lights were low he said he wanted to see my face and he couldn't see me feeling embarrassed because my car is popular because if it was an imported car he wouldn't treat me this way, very sad, I'll never go back.
