Since I came from a rural area, I went to Misuji for my first authentic Edomae sushi. I ordered the Futo course. There were 5 snacks, 10 pieces of nigiri with eggs, dessert, and soup. The knob duck was delicious. The nigiri had a hard sushi rice and was made with red vinegar. The red vinegar was easy to eat as it was not too sour considering its color. I was disappointed because the salmon roe felt a little fishy. I wonder if it was a table check (because it wasn't at the counter)? I waited for a long time, but no one passed by and I went straight to the checkout. In the end, I left the store without understanding the system. Thank you for the meal.
