eating at misunchi allows you to rediscover the true meaning of the word 'eat'. the vegetables come from a selection of local gardens, with daily contact with very small producers. seitan, just to give an example, has been produced more or less every day with obsessive care for the past 15 years. the recipes are ingenious and offer combinations and flavors that move from tradition to unexpected dishes.
