Used for a business trip. For this price, the quality is great—a nice hotel with a breakfast buffet too. The manga selection in the 2nd floor lobby is fantastic!! I could've read all night, but I felt a bit embarrassed so I stopped myself. True to its name, it's right along the river. Just that alone makes you feel a bit elegant. I recommend the breakfast seats with a river view. Even though I had to stay in a smoking room, it didn't smell at all—that was a plus! It's a bit far from the station, but I actually like walking, so it was fine for me. The exterior and interior feel dated... but it doesn't hinder "spending a comfortable night" at all! Service: 5
