Recommended. Not recommended if you can't speak or understand japanese( but you can always just point at the menu and order). Small, cozy and peaceful chinese restaurant. A little bit expensive than chain restaurants but the quality of the food is better than many other expensive restaurants. On the weekdays, they have a special lunch menu until 3 o'clock ( changed every weekday), which comes with a small dessert. They also serve you free coffee on the weekdays. A wide variety of foods and drinks( alcoholic as well as non alcoholic). Furthermore, since one of the chefs is from Nepal, Mitsui also has a Nepali food menu. If you are not sure what to order you can always check the おすすめメニュー (osusume menu), which translates to recommendation menu. パーフェクト 5スター
