Tonkatsu Ayers Rock. I was surprised at how thick the cutlet was. This is amazing! Although there is little information, I heard that they have amazing pork cutlet, so I went to Mitsuwa Shokudo. There are no menus on the table. I ordered the cutlet set meal for 1,250 yen (tax included) from the sign on the wall. My sister asked me if it would take a while. I replied that there was no problem. The waiting time is about 25 minutes. It took a really long time, but I was surprised when I saw the tonkatsu being delivered. What is this?(...;) It's so thick! Tonkatsu this thick is rare. Moreover, at 1250 yen, it is an excellent value for money. When you pick it up with chopsticks, you can feel the weight. A sip from the edge. It's softer than I expected. Meat juice overflows into my mouth. It's understandable that it took so long because it's so thick. I can't compete with a specialty store in terms of the adhesion of the batter and the lack of oil, but I wouldn't be able to eat it at this price if it was a specialty store. Full and satisfied.
