I stand in line with my girlfriend and child, waiting for our turn. When it's our turn, the lady behind the counter asks if we belong together, to which I answer yes. Her response is: then I will help those two boys after you, first my colleague will help you when she has finished with that family for you. Then three groups behind us were already helped and enjoying their ice cream outside. If I hadn't been with my child, I would have already left. As a bonus, the ice cream was also not worth repeating because even my child threw it in the trash. So definitely not recommended, not dirty but also not tasty but very expensive. Bad service that still needs to learn how to scoop ice cream. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don't plan on sitting here long, but you MUST try the matcha gelato. They also make great matcha late. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
