I went there 2 weeks ago for my cousin’s birthday with party of 21. Some people waited an 1.5-2 hrs for their food. And even the birthday girl received her food last, which was quite sad. The table situation was awkward and too small for the space. We were all sat at a long table and a table of 6 or 8 of another party was sat right next to us and our chairs were touching. It was such a hassle to try get up from our chairs, and was impossible to have a conversation as the other party were yelling and speaking so loud my mother’s ears were ringing after dining here. We had a party of 21 yet, yet were not at even half the volume the others were and the staff did not decide to say something, we had kids and an infant. This was probably the worst experience i have encountered in a restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered 2 entrees of Agedashi tofu, prawn tempura and tonkatsu set meal. Tonkatsu is very very disappointing as you claimed to be serving quality Japanese cuisine. To me this just like any street food in any food court where I get for fraction of the price I paying- too thin, overcooked, the crumb is to oily and falling apart Attached is the authentic Tonkatsu I used to have. Hope you can improve the quality of your foods Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
