Beyond sushi, the menu also features a solid selection of hot Japanese dishes, making it a well-rounded dining spot. The true highlight, however, is the nodo shioyaki—salt-grilled tuna collar. It’s rich, flavorful, and beautifully executed, with a perfect balance of crisp skin and tender, fatty meat. Definitely not something you come across every day, and absolutely worth trying.
