隠れ家的な和食のお店「みや波」さん。 予約が非常に取りづらく、2月に行こうと決めてやっと来れたのが今回でした。 予約時間は18:00〜。 お食事が終わっても会話が止まらず、気づけば21:00過ぎまで滞在してしまうほど、心地よい時間を過ごせました。 まずはスーパードライで乾杯 その後は季節の食材を使った品々が続き、どれも丁寧な仕事が感じられます。 前菜12種に始まり、焼き茄子・タコ・おかわかめ、椎茸とホタテの真薯、アジのお造り、鯛と子イカのお刺身、さんまの幽庵漬け、松茸と鱧の茶碗蒸し、さつまいもとひじきの炊き込みご飯、デザートのコーヒーゼリーまで、最後まで大満足の内容でした。 合わせていただいた日本酒も素晴らしく、 ・植木屋限定「爆発やまヨ別品 大和川おりざけ」 ・秋田 齋彌酒造店「雪の茅舎 美酒の設計 無濾過生原酒」 と、料理との相性も抜群でした。 お料理の美味しさはもちろん、落ち着いた雰囲気と居心地の良さに、つい長居してしまうお店です。 「特別な日に行きたい」と思える、岡山でも指折りの名店だと思います。 Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
