No english, but the staff is good. They helped me using the ticket to order. It was raining and I was looking for hearty meal. Bonus was that it is close to a bus stop. So tired people going to nippori wont need to ride the train. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1–1,000

100% authentic. No English. Best local food. You have to order your food from a vending machine that dispenses a ticket for the server. Research the buttons before going so you know what button to push. If you do it wrong, just go with it. Weve been to some pretty nice restaurants and the fun tourist food markets. This is basic, not the tourist ambiance, but I think better food, like a grandma cooked it. Youll see locals on their lunch break. One of the few places not overrun by touristsyet. I’d suggest as a tourist if you want something local, high quality, quick, low key and for a great price, go here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
