Enjoying the awesome Fugu Kaiseki (balloon fish combination cuisine) at the Mizuno, Ohtawara-city, Tochigi-Prefecture. There are a well prepared authentic combination of all balloon fish regions to eat, such as Sashimi, fries, hot pot and more.
