Well, I am sure the food is fantastic, didn’t get the chance to even try anything, it was pretty obvious that no one wanted to serve us, I know my Italian is really bad, the guy just said he didn’t speak English and walked away not very friendly at all. If you don’t want tourists in your restaurant fair enough, don’t take it out on me, I did nothing wrong!!

Ci teniamo molto all’accoglienza di tutti i nostri clienti, italiani e stranieri, e ci dispiace che abbia avuto la sensazione di non essere il benvenuto. Il fatto che non parliamo inglese non dovrebbe mai tradursi in un atteggiamento poco cortese: cerchiamo sempre di fare del nostro meglio per comunicare con tutti, anche quando la lingua rappresenta una difficoltà. Speriamo che possa darci una seconda possibilità e vivere un’esperienza diversa, scoprendo finalmente la nostra cucina siciliana.

Great food and quality treats. Staff is not particularly friendly and they overcharged us for an item we didn't purchase.

Ci dispiace invece per quanto accaduto con il servizio e, soprattutto, per l’addebito errato: se abbiamo inserito un prodotto che non aveva ordinato, ci scusiamo sinceramente per l’errore. Faremo sicuramente una verifica interna per capire cosa sia successo. Ci dispiace inoltre che il nostro personale non le sia sembrato particolarmente cordiale: è un aspetto a cui teniamo molto e sul quale possiamo sempre migliorare. Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente e offrirle un’esperienza all’altezza della qualità dei nostri prodotti.

We went here for breakfast and they offer a large variety of pastries. The pastries were great and delicious! The pistachios cannelloni was one of the best I ever had
