The owner probably decided it was a good idea NOT to offer Card payments for probably tax evasion purposes. They have the POS device but refuse to accept card payment. This is non-realistic how such actions are still considered by business such as Mlinar... Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch
