Fantastic food, great fast service and ice cold drinks, this is the best place to eat in matlock, great work guys

Visited last night. Food was lovely however the service was not great. I appreciate it was a Saturday evening so the food took a while and the servers had many to tend to but when it had calmed down we asked for another drink, 30 minutes later only one arrived had to ask again for the other. Took ages to bring the bill also. There was limited brisket so not enough to do a tray but also there was no cornbread. There was no offer of a replacement for this just there isn’t any. They really need a contingency for something like that when it features as an item on the food choice. I’ll visit again as the food was nice but the service needs improving.
