This review is for the Moby Dick House of Kabob in the Springfield Shopping Center, in Springfield, VA during September 2019. Business replaced a small McDonald's location which had been in this spot several years earlier. Have been to this location 3x times since opened, on this visit, during a lunch-time special tried a basmati-rice / beef dish at $10.59. Overall it was disappointing, including burned segments piled on top of what is really a plate of just flavored rice. Definitely not worth the price; and sadly, the food quality at this location is going down. Meh. Eating here is now a fair-low experience. Probably would only return if I couldn't find another option in area. Definitely had better. Noticed reduced number of customers around lunch time.
