As a loyal customer of Mochachos Pineslopes for many years, I have always enjoyed their consistent food quality and dependable service. However, since the recent change in management, my experiences have taken a severe downturn. The first issue occurred when I placed an order and received the wrong hot flavours. Instead of the specific flavours I requested, my meal came with a random mix that was far from what I wanted despite confirming more than once with the cashier. This mistake was particularly frustrating as it completely altered the taste I had been looking forward to. Although the restaurant did replace the incorrect items, I had to make a return trip to the takeaway, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. Less than a week later, I encountered an even more infuriating situation. After placing an order over the phone, I arrived at the restaurant to find that my order had not been sent to the kitchen at all. This blatant oversight wasted my time and highlighted severe lapses in the restaurant’s operational processes. The staff's apathetic response to this mistake only added to my frustration, showcasing a clear decline in customer service standards. Once again, the freshness of ingredients was questionble. Beyond these specific incidents, there has been a noticeable overall decline in both food quality and the standard of service. The freshness and consistent taste that once set Mochachos Pineslopes apart have diminished significantly. Additionally, the service has become pathetically poor, with staff members appearing disengaged and unmotivated. The friendly and efficient service that once characterized this location is now a distant memory. The recent management change at Mochachos Pineslopes has led to a severe decline in both the quality of the food and standard of service. Repeated mistakes, poor communication and a noticeable drop in food quality all point to issues that need to be addressed.
