As a regular, it seems like a person's experience here depends hugely on who's on duty. Its like there's no set standard for each menu item. One day the shawarmas are great, the next they suck, sad little dry torn pita bread filled with mainly lettuce (almost as if they running a competition of find the chicken and win a car). The same with the burgers, one day it's nice large fresh buns with decent chicken breast pieces and good amount of mayo, the next it's this small old wrinkled up buns with samples of chicken breast on it. The app also needs serious attention and a proper update. The only positive here is that the staff are always friendly when I speak to them. I'm thinking more and more rather to switch to a different takeaway restaurant. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 150–200 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Poor service, Cashier said there isn't a special on the burgers we wanted to order but it still show on app. She said then if it show on app we must order on app, we told her the app doesn't allow is to only buy burgers, she said then add chips or something if you want to order for us. Client service is bad! Service: 1

Hi Caroline, we understand your dissapointment. However, we do have ‘app only’ specials that is not available in store. Our cashiers are not allowed to sell them, as it is not the policy of the special.
