Mochachos at Westgate Shopping Centre is a standout branch! Fresh, high-quality food, especially those buns! The receptionist is super friendly, and their 2-for-1 chicken burger deal (R89.90) is a GAME-CHANGER! Addictive and budget-friendly. Other menu items are great too, and the spacious seating area is perfect for dine-in or takeaway. Staff are fast and helpful. If you love Mochachos, you'll love this branch! 5/5 stars. Disgraceful and Unhygienic – They Gave Me Someone Else’s Leftovers! I am utterly disgusted by my experience with Mochachos Westgate. I ordered a takeaway, only to discover when I got home that they had given me leftovers from someone else’s meal. Yes, you read that right – food that someone else had clearly eaten from! This is not just a mistake; it’s a serious health risk and shows a shocking lack of hygiene and respect for customers. How can anyone trust a restaurant that serves reused food? This level of carelessness is unforgivable. I will never order from this place again, and I highly recommend others avoid it at all costs. There are plenty of restaurants that respect both their customers and basic food safety – this is clearly not one of them. Rating: 0/5 stars – Avoid like the plague! Service: Takeaway
